Survey: TeamLogic IT Leads Technology Sector for Owner Satisfaction
Putting all the right pieces together has allowed TeamLogic IT franchise owners to build a growing small business

Solid performance across the board
The overall satisfaction numbers mirrored those in other areas evaluated by the Franchise Business Review, including training and support, leadership, the franchise system itself and its core values, all areas where TeamLogic IT franchise owners scored their business well above the competition.

“What we’re hearing, and seeing, is that we have an ownership group that is doing well and is also pleased with what they’re being provided,” he says. “At the same time, we’re never happy until we see 100% satisfaction across the board. So, now we make sure to drill down and work with our TeamLogic IT franchise owners to see where we can improve. That may mean more sales training, it might mean more in-person area meetings to discuss trends and strategy. We’re committed to doing whatever’s needed to help our very strong brand continue to improve.”
