In a recent survey of TeamLogic IT franchise owners, Franchise Business Review (FBR) found that 76.6% gave a score of excellent or very good when it came to training and support, well above the 60.5% average FBR reported for the overall IT sector.

For its purposes, FBR looked at four areas under the training and support umbrella: ongoing training and support; advertising and promotion; effective technology; and communications. TeamLogic IT franchise owners had high praise in each area, which led to the overall score.
Overall owner satisfaction remains high
The training and support numbers reflected those in other areas FBR assessed, including the franchise system itself, the leadership team, the financial opportunity and core values. In every case, TeamLogic IT franchise owners scored their business well above the competition.
“It goes without saying that we’re nothing without our dedicated franchise owners and their teams,” Chuck says. “That’s why, when we are talking to potential owners or having them in our corporate offices for discovery days, we put them in touch with as many TeamLogic IT franchise owners as they wish to speak to — those folks are our best salespeople, because they know how hard we work to make sure they remain head and shoulders above the competition.”
