TeamLogic IT PresidentChuck Lennon
President

Chuck Lennon has been president of TeamLogic IT since its inception in 2005. From 2008 to 2013, he served on the board of directors for CompTIA, a nonprofit trade association for IT professionals and companies, and he is currently chairman of the Creating IT Futures Foundation, a charitable effort by CompTIA to find hard-working, low-skilled workers and provide them with intense training toward a strong career path in IT. Before launching TeamLogic IT, Chuck was vice president of marketing for New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, a global franchise training company providing technical training to businesses around the world. He also served as vice president of marketing for Sir Speedy, held a variety of advertising positions in the greater New York City area and was a small business franchise owner early in his career.

Chief Operating Officer

Frank joined TeamLogic IT in 2013 to expand the technology roadmap. He started his career with IBM Global Services and has held senior-level management positions with MicroAge, Nortel Networks and All Covered. He also served as COO for CMIT Solutions. Frank is a technology thought leader, particularly in terms of the way managed IT services can transform life for small business owners. “When I was at IBM, there was an organization chart that showed how technologies flowed to customers, from the top of IBM to the various branches, and at the very bottom was the customer. One day, I flipped the chart, because customers should obviously be at the top. Franchising provides a way for an IT business owner to put themselves right next to the customer, discern their needs and provide a custom solution.”

TeamLogic IT Franchise VPMike Celayeta
Vice President of Operations

Mike joined TeamLogic IT in 2013 to provide technology research, product development and partner management. He tests different services and service providers so that TeamLogic IT franchisees can offer their customers the best, most reliable technology solutions. Early in his career Mike worked for All Covered in a number of capacities, including field technician and area director, and was involved with their Network Operations Center, Help Desk and centralized technology procurement functions. He then worked for Ergos Technology managing both field service and product development. Most recently, Mike managed product development for CMIT Solutions.

TeamLogic IT VPSally Coon
Vice President of Support & Training

Sally transferred to TeamLogic IT in 2008 after more than 10 years at Franchise Services Inc., TeamLogic IT’s parent company. She has more than 20 years of experience in franchising, including owning a mailing services franchise early in her career. After selling that business, she joined AlphaGraphics as a business consultant and then joined Sir Speedy in 1994, where she held several positions, including expeditor, business services manager, U.S. operations manager, assistant vice president and vice president of franchise support and training. Coon holds an MBA from the University of Portland, Oregon.

Patrick Spaan
Director of Franchise Development

Patrick Spaan joined TeamLogic IT in 2014 as Director of Franchise Development. He is responsible for the development of the TeamLogic IT network of franchises. Previously he worked as director of franchise development for Griswold Home Care, director of franchise development with Floor Coverings International and director and corporate officer at Express Personnel. His early career included a five-year run as a PGA golf professional.

TeamLogic IT VPDavid Robidoux
Vice President of Marketing

David joined the company in 2008, bringing with him more than 25 years of sales and marketing expertise in offline and online strategy, including integrated marketing, branding, web, mobile, search (SEO/SEM), direct and content marketing. Previously, David was responsible for marketing at several public and private companies, including overseeing marketing communications and online/ecommerce strategy at First American CoreLogic and prior to that, marketing communications at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
