Recently Franchise Business Review (FBR) compiled a Satisfaction Benchmark Report, which involved interviewing TeamLogic IT franchise owners. In every case, they scored TeamLogic IT higher than comparable brands in the IT sales, service and support sector.
Solid support gets thumbs up
So, how good were the scores? In the area of training and support, 76.6% of franchise owners gave TeamLogic IT a score of excellent or very good, compared to a 60.5% benchmark score for the overall franchise industry. The TeamLogic IT franchise system itself scored 71.2% compared to 65.7%, corporate leadership nabbed 80.3% vs. 69.7%, shared core values was 87.7% compared to 78.8%, and satisfaction with the franchisee community was a robust 88.6% compared to the benchmark of 75.1%.
When a brand performs this well across the board when lined up with its competitors, it means that the partnership between franchise owners in the field and the corporate team supporting them is strong, says Chuck Lennon, President.
Lines of communication are wide open
“When we meet with prospective TeamLogic IT franchise owners, we talk a lot about how we are here for them,” Chuck says. “That goes far beyond ‘TeamLogic IT University,’ our initial training. It means constant interaction through webinars and calls around everything from how to improve sales numbers and grow the customer base to new marketing and promotion materials that are coming.”
The goal, Chuck adds, is for the corporate team to be one big benefit to franchise owners, there to address whatever needs any of them might have.
“The materials and support we provide for every TeamLogic IT franchise owner are tools for success, but we in the corporate office are a tool, as well,” he says. “We are always very receptive to hearing what owners want or need, and then addressing those concerns. I think we’re succeeding, based on the very high marks that we received in the FBR report. We are humbled by that, and such confidence only makes us double down and work harder.”
