Naples TeamLogic IT Franchise Wins VIP Honors at Owners Summit

Growing the bottom line doesn’t happen by accident. From quality customer service to innovative marketing, here’s how it’s done

When a new TeamLogic IT franchise owner receives his or her training, there’s a lot to absorb. Hiring technicians, creating a marketing plan and identifying niche areas of opportunity are just some of many areas to be mastered. At its recent Owners Summit, TeamLogic IT called out its Naples, Florida, operation for excellence across the board.

The franchise, owned by Brian and Cathy Bonacci, received the Volume Increase Percentage, or VIP, Award at the summit, a three-day event where TeamLogic IT franchise owners and their key staff gather to share best practices, attend workshops and seminars, and connect with major software and hardware vendors who showcase their latest technology.

Growth + service = success

“Recipients of our VIP Award demonstrate an ongoing commitment to business growth and customer service,” says Chuck Lennon, President of TeamLogic IT. “It’s not an easy award to win, because it shows success in every aspect of a TeamLogic IT franchise operation. I congratulate Brian, Cathy and their dedicated team on this well-deserved achievement.”

Brian downplays the recognition: “We have had a couple of good years, and we have been growing at a really rapid pace. We hope to have the same percentage increase for this year, but the bigger we get, the harder that is to duplicate. It’ll be a challenge, but we have to meet it if we want to continue to grow.”

Team effort makes the difference

He also is quick to point out that everyone on board helps the TeamLogic IT franchise succeed.

“We’ve made great strides since we opened our business,” Brian says. “Most of the credit goes to our outstanding team, as well as the local business community — which has been so supportive and truly helped catapult our growth, resulting in this award. We have been able to meet the needs of our clients, as well as grow the business we have with them. That has helped us get positive word of mouth, and we’ve marketed to different industries so we can grow our client base that way, as well.”

Lastly, he adds: “We also have a great relationship with everyone at corporate, so we get lots of help with marketing and any other support we need. That has been essential to our success.”

“We preach teamwork to every franchise owner and his or her management team,” Chuck says. “We know they succeed when they all work from a shared vision, and we are here to support them in any way we can. That might be a phone call for some sales tips, or it might be through new marketing materials that we are constantly developing. Our most successful teams know that IT is a moving and evolving target, and we are here to help them hit it every time.”
