Looking like a million dollars is one thing; earning a million dollars is quite another. But that’s the spot five TeamLogic IT franchise owners found themselves in during the recent annual Owner’s Summit event when they were inducted into the TeamLogic IT Million Dollar Club.

The Million Dollar Club began in 2016 with six inductees, and was joined this year by: Todd Tolly, Santa Rosa, California; Davis Merrey, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Roger Noakes and Mark Jones, South Setauket, New York; Brian and Cathy Bonacci, Naples, Florida; and Drayton Mayers, Memphis, Tennessee.

“It’s a sign of our success as a brand that we were able to begin the club in the first place,” Chuck says. “Since our founding more than a decade ago, we have seen strong, consistent growth — but it takes a while to get to this level. The fact that so many of our owners have made it, and with many more closing in, shows how well TeamLogic IT is doing in so many markets.”

Owners provide roadmap to success

The club’s existence also shows new owners how, and where, they can succeed. Obviously, promoting and selling managed IT services is foundational to the TeamLogic IT business model, but there are other tips and tricks that club members can provide as well.

“These people are busy, because they are very successful, but they are also remarkably generous with their time,” Chuck says. “That’s another hallmark of a good entrepreneur. They join us on sales and mentoring calls, and are always available to help new owners, or owners who have hit a roadblock. They know that when every franchise succeeds, the overall brand does well and continues to grow. That’s good news for everybody, and that’s why I think we’ll be bringing even more people into the Million Dollar Club in 2017.”
