Then we come in and show them some security options, which help protect the business. And then we look at backup, storage and all the other issues around IT. We build out a system that is no more, and no less, than what the company needs to maximize productivity and profitability.”
That leads to very positive word of mouth in the local business community, and the referrals just keep coming in.
“People who have had a system crash, and who are tired of the reactive nature of downtime because they’re relying on a break-fix partner who doesn’t know their company well, are very eager to talk to us when they see and hear from their fellow entrepreneurs, what we can do,” Chuck says.
