“As we continue to expand our footprint in the United States and now in Canada, and as we grow in experience as a brand, we continue to see the benefits of early planning,” Lennon says. “The creation of managed IT services contracts, which were a relatively new concept when TeamLogic IT pioneered it in a franchise model more than a decade ago, has really been a game-changer.”

That, along with a deliberate approach to growth that included targeting both urban and suburban communities, allowed the TeamLogic IT franchise opportunity to be obtainable by entrepreneurs in many different kinds of markets, which will only continue going forward, Lennon says.

“We were able to create a nucleus of seasoned TeamLogic IT owners in heavily populated communities, and then fan out into suburban areas that are also target-rich for our consumer demographic — small and medium-sized businesses,” Lennon says. “We have been able to replicate that model all around the United States, and there are still plenty of areas where we either don’t have a presence, or that are ripe for more franchise territories to be awarded.”
