TeamLogic IT Inaugurates Latest Class of Million-Dollar Franchise Owners

A highlight of every TeamLogic IT Owners’ Summit is the awarding of honors for franchise growth and excellence. Among those accolades is the announcement of million-dollar franchises, those that have achieved this revenue milestone in the previous year.

In 2018, two franchise teams snagged this prize: TeamLogic IT Santa Clara, California, owner Charu Mungale, and TeamLogic IT franchise owners Dwight and Allison Blankenship of Columbus, Ohio.

Million-dollar owners reflect brand excellence

“Every year we welcome more members into this club, which isn’t as exclusive as it used to be thanks to the success TeamLogic IT is having across the United States and Canada,” says Chuck Lennon, Executive Vice President.

At the annual meeting, as well as through conference calls and other networking opportunities, each of these owners is able to share his or her methods for growth, customer retention and more. That, too, is a big part of why TeamLogic IT continues to expand, Lennon says. “The outstanding work being done by this year’s honorees further showcases what a strong brand TeamLogic IT has become and points the way forward for new franchise owners looking to follow in their footsteps.”

Studying successful practices helps create foundation

For Dwight Blankenship, being a TeamLogic IT franchise owner has meant digging into the company’s systems for sales, marketing and operations. He’s also brought in some outside expertise to help him create and run a successful franchise.

“We studied and implemented some different methodologies for entrepreneurial operating systems and ways of doing business, and all those together helped develop our culture, philosophies and procedures,” Blankenship says. “Now we continue to emphasize procedure and process documentation, which will help us as we look to expand our staff and grow our office space.”
