TeamLogic IT Named to Franchise Business Review Hall of Fame

A decade of superior ratings from franchise owners, alongside an adaptive and successful business model, results in top honor

It’s always nice to be nominated, but it’s even better to win. And when the TeamLogic IT franchise concept won a spot on Franchise Business Review’s best-of list for the 10th year in a row this year, it also snagged a new honor: Hall of Fame member.

Every year, the team at Franchise Business Review conducts a comprehensive poll of franchise owners. The main goal is to gauge owner satisfaction and report that to readers who might be looking to invest in a franchise opportunity. In the technology section of the FBR 2016 Best of the Best — its top 200 franchise companies list — TeamLogic IT came in at No. 1. It also was named to the FBR Hall of Fame in recognition of making the list 10 years in a row.

Growing market, growing offerings

“We never get tired of making ‘best-of’ lists, and when it’s not just because of how well we operate, but because of the satisfaction of our team of TeamLogic IT franchise owners — it’s even more meaningful,” says Chuck Lennon, President of TeamLogic IT. “The Hall of Fame honor shows us that our efforts in training and support, our focus on lucrative areas such as managed IT services, as well as ongoing new product and service development, are paying off.”

The 2016 listing puts TeamLogic IT into the upper echelon of franchise opportunities nationwide. There are more than 3,000 franchise companies in the United States, but only those with solid fundamentals, strong financials and the high franchise owner scores make the list. The air is even more rarified when it comes to the Hall of Fame, whose members have consistently made the FBR list 10 times or more.

Satisfaction scores tell the tale

To compile its top 200 list, FBR surveyed 28,000 franchise owners from 339 brands in North America. They were polled on financial opportunity, training and support, leadership, operations, product development, core values and their overall satisfaction. When the scores were tallied, 89% of franchise owners surveyed by FBR said they agreed, or strongly agreed, with the phrase, “I enjoy operating this business,” and so that means TeamLogic IT owners’ response was that high — or higher.

“We get a lot of takeaways from lists like these, the biggest one being what we are doing right for our franchise owners,” Chuck says. “We can also see areas where we can improve. The IT industry is very fast-moving, so it’s incumbent on us to always make sure we’re looking ahead, while also providing great service and support now. Every TeamLogic IT owner knows that he or she can count on us for that.”
