TeamLogic IT Tops Franchise Business Review List For More Than A Decade
Growing national footprint and continued double-digit revenue gains keep industry watchers’ enthusiasm for innovative brand alive
After a year that wrapped up with more than 30 new locations, the TeamLogic IT franchise community finds itself once again on Franchise Business Review’s (FBR) Franchisee Satisfaction Awards list, a compilation of the best franchise opportunities for 2018.
The rankings are based on interviews with 30,000 franchise owners across 334 brands. Franchises were broken out into the top 50 names in four categories based on number of locations. Once again, TeamLogic IT came in with top marks, this time in the “large” category of 120-299 locations.
Demand soars for managed IT services
In its coverage, FBR noted that small business IT service and support needs continue to skyrocket, fueling the growth in TeamLogic IT franchise locations. That need, coupled with TeamLogic IT’s unique managed IT services model, also creates opportunities.
“When TeamLogic IT introduced the concept, people in the IT industry weren’t certain that businesses of any size, but especially small ones, would move beyond an ‘as needed’ approach to IT support and maintenance,” says Chuck Lennon, Executive Vice President of Business Development. “What we found with managed IT services was that companies were eager to have their hardware and software needs covered under a single, affordable monthly payment. They valued our expertise, and it gave them peace of mind.”

“The [IT services] market is going to be expanding, and after I evaluated the field I felt like TeamLogic IT offered the best opportunity for me,” says Jim Summers, a TeamLogic IT franchise owner in Scottsdale, AZ. “The franchise itself is a better platform from which to operate, and it has a broader set of services and network of support available. When I looked at the financials, the growth rate and cost of operation it made sense. This is a very efficiently run organization, and they do their best to make sure all the franchises have the best set of capabilities available to them.”
