TeamLogic IT Names Two Franchise Owners 2017 VIPs For Strong Sales
Strong growth across the entire network means TeamLogic IT can split its VIPs into two camps, recognizing multiple levels of business growth
Every year during the annual Owners’ Summit meeting, TeamLogic IT franchise owners eagerly await the awards dinner. Among the categories is the Volume Increase Percentage, or VIP, award. Never a company to let things get stale, TeamLogic IT spiced things up this time around by tapping not one, but two, franchise owners for the honor.
“We have had so many people with amazing years that we had to break it into a top performer under a million, and one over a million,” says Chuck Lennon, president. “That way more of our franchisees could be recognized for their very strong year-over-year revenue growth.”
Million-plus VIPs show longtime strength
The winners for VIP over $1 million were Stuart and Nancy Paul of Newton, PA, who snagged VIP honors last year as well. As longtime operators, Chuck says, their TeamLogic IT franchise continues to post significant revenue bumps and is one to keep watching.
“When you are already over $1 million in revenue and you keep going up by 40%, 50%, 60%, it’s absolutely incredible,” he says. “What Stuart and Nancy have done with this business is amazing, and their continued willingness to mentor and work with other owners helps everyone aspire to that level of success.”
Under $1 million owner equally robust
Receiving the VIP for best year-over-year revenue growth for under $1 million was Steven Serna of TeamLogic IT NE Portland, OR. Steven also was inducted into TeamLogic IT’s Million Dollar Club this year. At seven years, Serna says, his TeamLogic IT franchise continues to find new ways to grow and develop.
“We have a broad cross section of vertical industries we serve, and have developed specific areas of expertise in engineering, architecture and manufacturing,” Steven says. “Managed IT services are something that we have focused on from the beginning, and I would say they are more than 90% of our business. We’ve worked hard, focused on growing and not given up, and that hard work continues to pay off for us.”
