TeamLogic IT Owner Compensation Posts Strong Uptick
Latest numbers gathered show gross margins up over 2016, as well as significant rises in net owner’s compensation and other key financials
“How much can I make?” It’s a valid question, and one any sensible entrepreneur looking at a TeamLogic IT franchise or any other business opportunity should be asking. In the case of TeamLogic IT, the answer has been going up every year.
In its most recent Franchise Disclosure Document, TeamLogic IT franchise owners reported an average Net Owner Compensation, or NOC, of $118,100, in 2016. That’s up from $104,800 in 2015, and represents a continued rise that has lasted more than a decade, says Chuck Lennon, President.
“The value of a TeamLogic IT franchise keeps getting better and better,” Chuck says. “Our owners are reporting strong year-over-year same-office sales, and that’s being reflected in their compensation. We are very pleased with these numbers and are going to double down on helping our franchise owners make them even better next year.”
Managed IT services continue to push revenues
Since its founding in 2006, TeamLogic IT has used the managed IT services model to provide predictability and security to clients. Businesses have responded, making managed IT services sales 42.2% of net sales in 2015, and 45.8% in 2016. That gives TeamLogic IT franchise owners a revenue stream they can count on and enhance going forward as they market new service lines and grow their businesses.
“Nobody was doing managed IT services when we came along. We saw potential,” Chuck says. “Business owners value what we offer because they know what their IT costs are going to be. And those owners know they’re not just paying for ‘on call’ repair and upgrades, but for a trusted adviser who can sit down with them and their team to craft strategies going forward to enhance capabilities and boost profit.”
Top 25% of owners set benchmark for success
In addition to the solid performance by all owners across the board, TeamLogic IT’s new revenue figures also show a dramatic rise in success of the brand’s top 25% of owners. In 2015, that group reported $316,700 in NOC, a figure that jumped to $361,600 in 2016. Those owners serve as a ‘North Star’ for new and growing TeamLogic IT franchise owners, Chuck says, and their success really speaks for itself.
“These people are the best of the best, and they are our best sales tool,” he says. “They have taken the TeamLogic IT concept and run with it, and their ability to grow in every direction is just staggering. Even better, they are the most giving bunch of people you’ll ever meet. They are always willing to take the time to mentor other owners, because they want everyone in the network to succeed. They are what makes TeamLogic IT a very special franchise opportunity to own and be part of.”
