Technology franchise makes Franchise Business Review’s Top 100 list

Franchise Business Review has once again named TeamLogic IT one of the top franchises for veterans. FBR surveys thousands of franchisees every year to gauge their satisfaction and the quality of the training and support they receive from their franchisors. The magazine recognized TeamLogic IT in its November issue.

“Investing in a franchise can be a great opportunity for military veterans,” Editorial Director Molly Rowe writes in the introduction to the special report. “Many franchise companies offer special incentives and discounts to veterans to help get them started in business. But keep in mind, great incentives don’t always equate to happy franchisees. What really matters is what happens after you buy your franchise — does the special attention and support you receive before you buy actually carry over once you’re a franchisee?”

Franchise Business Review has named TeamLogic IT a top franchise opportunity for veterans for three years in a row. The magazine also profiled TeamLogic IT owners Mark and Dawn Kelly, who own the technology franchise in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Air Force veterans opened their business in 2012.


The Kellys were attracted to TeamLogic IT and to franchising because they both have computer expertise and they have a keen appreciation of systems and how they can help organizations achieve results. As Franchise Business Review writes, “both Kellys had joined the Air Force right out of high school, so systems, checklists, and procedures were an integral part of most of their adult lives.”
