We support them in that arena with sales and marketing, so they’re never really out there on their own.”

FBR also asked TeamLogic IT franchise owners about the company’s leadership. Again, they broke the question into segments: clear vision; team culture; involves franchisees; and effective in driving the brand forward. In this category, TeamLogic IT rated over 80 percent in the “very good” or “excellent” column, more than 10 percent above the IT service and support industry as a whole.
