“The information technology industry in North America is valued at $1.6 trillion, and one-third of that comes from IT services — which is the technology sector that is our sweet spot,” Shapero told the owners group. “Companies are recognizing the value of outsourcing to IT service providers, particularly as cybersecurity becomes a heightened concern for all companies, large and small.”
