Owner satisfaction eclipses competitors’ numbers
For overall opportunity, 74.2% of TeamLogic IT franchise owners rated the brand as excellent or very good, compared to a 66.5% FBR benchmark for the overall IT sales and repair sector. At the same time, TeamLogic IT scored 68.9% for overall satisfaction compared to an industry average of 64%. More than 74% of owners said they’d purchase a TeamLogic IT franchise again, while 81.1% said they would recommend the brand to a fellow entrepreneur.
