Franchise research site names TeamLogic IT technology franchise best bet
Franchise Gator, a website devoted to franchise industry research and news, has named top technology franchise TeamLogic IT to its 2015 Top 100 list.
TeamLogic IT is a top-rated technology franchise that solves a major headache for small and medium-sized businesses by offering managed IT services solutions that turn technology into an ally rather than an obstacle. We are a fast-growing business with franchisees who meet a universal need among today’s businesses: the need for rock-solid IT solutions that prevent downtime and provide security for critical data.
“TeamLogic IT franchisees can harness the combined knowledge of hundreds of technicians, which allows us to offer Fortune 500-level solutions to small businesses,” says Frank Picarello, chief operating officer.
Franchise Gator ranked technology franchise TeamLogic IT 37th overall. The list is based on a formula that incorporates several variables, including financial stability, transparency, engagement, continuity and sustainability. The online directory evaluated franchise opportunities that fit the mold for its visitors’ searches by taking investment range and industry into account.
Franchise Services Inc. (FSI) CEO Don Lowe realized there was a huge opportunity to serve business customers by creating a national IT franchise, and since 2006, FSI has poured its resources into developing the brand, investing more than $7 million to create a world-class organization capable of supporting hundreds of franchise owners nationwide.
TeamLogic IT saw its total revenue rise by 40.4% in 2013 from the previous year. That’s the third straight year the technology franchise has posted such strong numbers.
TeamLogic IT provides new owners a week of classroom training for two people at our headquarters in Mission Viejo, California, and an additional 27 hours of pre-opening training that is conducted online or through webinars and phone consultation. The training focuses on the company’s four operating systems: Employee Management, Financial Management, Sales & Marketing Management and Technical Management. Operations manuals are provided to support and reinforce the training and serve as an ongoing reference.
“The back-office support has been helpful from the beginning,” says one franchise co-owner, Chris Cioffi. “If we are having difficulty with an employee from an HR perspective, we have an HR specialist at our disposal. There are pre-made employee manuals, policies and procedures available. These are things companies need and that you don’t have if you are starting from scratch. They also helped us build and evaluate our business plan, which was instrumental for us.”
