Q: What aspect of the business do you most enjoy and why?

Danny: Service delivery. It’s fun to go out there and help people with their issues and get them back up and running so they can do their job.
Mike: Partnering with Danny on behalf of clients and doing work for them that matters.

Q: What area of the business would you like to grow or make more profitable?

Danny: [Laughs] The whole thing.
Mike: [More laughing] Breweries and distillers. Big, big focus there.

Q: Do you have a particular industry or service that you specialize in?

Both: Cybersecurity.

Q: Recent business accomplishment you’re especially proud of:

Mike: Breaking even in four months. Also, our success in the complex world of property development and management told us a lot about the opportunity to serve in that space. This industry really needs a talented provider who shines.

Q: Best advice I was ever given:

Danny: Trust my gut.
Mike: I’ll paraphrase a Tim McGraw lyric: Always be humble and kind.

Q: One word that best describes you:

Danny: Mike is adaptable.
Mike: Danny is kind.

Q: When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me:

Danny: Rock climbing and spending time with my wife, Katie, and our dog Buddy, a little Beagle.
Mike: Outdoors with my Golden Retriever, Aspen, or skiing.

Q: A favorite motto or quote:

Danny: I’ll use a quote from the great Tom Petty: I won’t back down.
Mike: I think this one is attributed to Jeff Bezos: Cleverness is a gift. Kindness is a choice.
