Don F. Lowe | Chairman, Franchise Services
Don Lowe oversees all Franchise Services companies as Chairman. His 50-year career in franchising started as Senior Vice President for Kampgrounds of America (KOA). Following that, he served as President of Sir Speedy from 1981 to 1996. Under his leadership, Sir Speedy was recognized as a Franchise of the Year by the International Franchise Association (IFA). Lowe has been inducted into the Sales & Marketing Executives International Academy of Achievement Hall of Fame and was featured as “Man of the Year” in Quick Printing magazine. He plays an active role in the graphics communications industry and founded TeamLogic IT in 2005.
Richard Lowe | President & CEO
Richard Lowe has more than 30 years of experience with all Franchise Services brands and is also CEO of Sir Speedy, PIP and Signal Graphics. Previous positions held include director of Copies Now, vice president of franchise support, and senior vice president of Franchise Services print management group. Lowe started his career in the printing industry as a copy products sales representative for Eastman Kodak.
Lee Dye | Chief Operating Officer
Lee Dye joined TeamLogic IT in February 2018 as Vice President of Franchise Support. In 2026, he was appointed COO to lead operational strategy and execution. Lee has 25 years of operations experience and previously worked for franchise startup, MWGMedia as vice president of operations and development, GNC as director of US franchise stores, Hollywood Entertainment as district manager and district operations manager for CSK Automotive.
Tom Muller | Chief Financial Officer

Tom Muller joined TeamLogic, Inc. in October 2022 as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. He has over 20 years of financial experience working for and with some of the most respected companies in the world including Dole, Fidelity, and Toyota. Tom is a licensed attorney and CPA and also holds an MBA.
David Robidoux | Executive Vice President & CMO
David Robidoux was appointed CMO in January 2018. He joined the company in 2008 as vice president of marketing, bringing with him more than 35 years of sales and marketing expertise in both offline and online strategy, including integrated marketing, branding, web, mobile, search (SEO/SEM), direct and content marketing. Previously, he was responsible for marketing at several public and private companies, including overseeing marketing communications and online/ecommerce strategy at First American CoreLogic and marketing communications at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
Gary Tousseau | Vice President, Managed Services & Technology
Gary Tousseau joined TeamLogic IT in January 2023, where he oversees Managed Services and Technology. With over 25 years of experience in IT, Gary has held key leadership roles, including National Manager of the Professional Services Project Management Office at All Covered, a division of Konica Minolta Business Solutions. His prior positions also include Manager of Acquisitions and Service Delivery, and Operations Manager for the West Coast.
Denise Denton | Vice President, Marketing
Denise Denton was appointed vice president of marketing in January 2018. Prior to this, she was the assistant vice president of marketing communications since March 2015. She is responsible for the development and training of all marketing programs and materials, as well as all internal and external communications. Denise first joined Franchise Services in 2004 as a marketing communications manager and then director of marketing. Prior marketing management positions were held in the hotel casino, art publishing and software development industries.
Patrick Spaan | Vice President, Franchise Development
Patrick Spaan joined TeamLogic IT in 2014 as director of franchise development. He is responsible for the development of the TeamLogic IT network of franchises. Previously, he worked as director of franchise development for Griswold Home Care, director of franchise development with Floor Coverings International, and director and corporate officer at Express Personnel. His early career included a 5-year run as a PGA golf professional.
Benjamin Purcell, CFE | Vice President of Business Management

Benjamin Purcell joined TeamLogic IT in Mission Viejo, California in July 2016 as a Business Management Consultant, servicing franchisees in the strategies and tactics of sales, operations and marketing. He was appointed Director of Business Management in October 2021, Assistant Vice President of Business Management in October 2022, and Vice President in 2026. Prior to joining the company, he held several operations management positions for a variety of companies.
Alisa Kunz | Vice President of Sales Enablement

Alisa Kunz joined TeamLogic in Mission Viejo, California in June 2014 as the Director of Sales Enablement, responsible for sales training and coaching of new franchisees. She was appointed Assistant Vice President of Sales Enablement in October 2022 and Vice President in 2026. She has been in technology sales her entire career as sales executive, account manager, and director of sales for CA Technology, Info Partners, All Covered and others.
