Cindy is the owner of a TeamLogic IT franchise in Salem, Oregon, working together with her son Cameron as Director of Operations. Cindy and Cameron’s business has been on the fast track since day one. After just two years, they now have five full-time employees and more than 50 managed service clients.

Balancing Cindy’s skills in sales with Cameron’s tech-savviness has been a recipe for huge growth: in just their second year, they reached $1 million in sales. Myers, Florida since 2015, Bob has built a thriving business by exercising his knack for marketing and sales, directing operations based on metrics, and by taking the time to truly understand his clients’ business. From there, he entrusts his loyal, customer-focused technicians to provide the friendly and professional services his team has become known for.

As a result of this attention to detail and ensuring customer satisfaction, Bob has seen consistent growth, averaging around 30% each year, with his monthly recurring revenue increasing by 50%. Managed services are the majority of his profits, making up around 85% of his revenue stream.

“We focus on doing things the right way and solving problems for our clients vs. selling them stuff,” Bob says when asked about his approach to building relationships with his customers. “I enjoy the puzzle, the game aspect of coordinating so many moving pieces in a way that keeps our team engaged and our clients coming back year after year.”
