A seat at the table with industry heavyweights
The CompTIA Managed Services Community includes influential industry leaders dedicated to developing best practices that promote the delivery of technology solutions via a managed services model. Recent community initiatives designed to help technology service providers succeed included the creation of an hourly cost of service calculator, advice on how to advance and grow managed IT services business and a comprehensive examination of the lifecycle of a managed IT services customer.
This means that, through Kunz, TeamLogic IT franchise owners will be hearing firsthand about the rapid evolution of the managed services community on a national level.

And it won’t take long for franchise owners to hear what she’s learning, since she’s directly responsible for the training, coaching and support of franchise owners around how to create and sell all that TeamLogic IT offers to small- and medium-sized businesses.
