Steve Anderson: People ask me all the time, “Why did you buy TeamLogic IT?” And what I tell people is the biggest value that I get is what makes them unique, and it’s the story. How did your background prepare you for ownership?
Steve Anderson: I’ve been in tech consulting and sales my whole life. I was always doing strategic conversations with CTOs, which led perfectly into TeamLogic IT. What mattered most when choosing a franchise?
I think it’s really important when you’re looking at a new franchise to consider things like how successful the franchise is. Are they growing year over year? Are they expanding? Another thing I think is really important is the culture. Do you fit within that franchise? Are they going to vibe with you and your goals and what you’re trying to achieve? And for me, TeamLogic IT kind of checked all those boxes.

Steve Anderson: When it comes to sales, what you say and what you do is important. How you handle the sales process is important. I think on a fundamental level, my superpower is making people feel comfortable, making people feel like they can trust me.
