Wayne Croushorn
Growing up on a farm where a strong work ethic was non-negotiable, Wayne Croushorn learned the importance of forging your path in life. Wayne opted out of a career in construction alongside his family and pursued a career in electrical engineering. Betting on his goals paid off, as his interest in science and IT led to a nearly 35-year career in industrial controls—a segment encompassing machine vision and motor controls used in manufacturing.
After years of growing businesses for other companies, Wayne took the jump into entrepreneurship, opening his first TeamLogic IT office in Tarpon Springs, Florida, in late 2019. After two years of success in his business, Wayne expanded, adding territories in Palm Harbor, Clearwater, and Westchase, Florida. For Wayne, teamwork and culture are the secret weapons that help his business win. “Our motto is to work hard, play hard, move fast.”
Steve Anderson
With over a decade of technology management and consulting experience, Steve has spent his career chasing the answer to one question: how can organizations and businesses use technology for good? Steve has worked for some of the largest tech companies in the world, including Xerox, Verizon, & T-Mobile. He has worked with thousands of businesses, non-profits, and governments to build their technology strategies, secure their data, and improve their workflows.
In 2021, Steve decided to open his own IT franchise in Alpharetta, Georgia. As the owner of TeamLogic IT of Johns Creek, he has applied that same focus to this organization, making it one of the fastest growing and most successful IT companies in the area. In 2025, he was inducted into the Million Dollar Club for his exceptional sales efforts. In addition to his professional career, Steve seeks to improve his community by serving on the boards of multiple non-profit organizations, volunteering in various capacities, and coaching local sports teams.
Lyn Arnhart
Lyn Arnhart is a former Army Colonel who has extensive experience in management, operations, strategy, planning, and analytics. Throughout her career in the army, Lyn found great satisfaction in solving problems and helping others succeed. This led to Lyn earning her master’s and PhD in Operations Research (OR), a field in which practitioners seek to solve operational problems or improve the efficiency or effectiveness of operations. As she transitioned out of the military, Lyn realized that she enjoyed both leading teams and selling leadership on their solutions.
After 29 years in the army, Lyn chose to embark on an entrepreneurial journey. In mid-2020, Lyn opened her very own TeamLogic IT office in Central Wisconsin. As a business owner herself, Lyn focuses on solving problems for her clients, strengthening their cybersecurity, and proactively building business resiliency. Lyn’s goal is to provide safe, secure, reliable technology to power clients’ businesses.
Dan Thomas
Dan Thomas left his 18-year tenure in corporate IT in 2018 to open his very own TeamLogic IT in Durham, North Carolina. What started as just Dan and his technician has grown to multiple territories, five dedicated technicians, and a family invested in the business.
The TeamLogic IT of Durham is known for its positive internal culture that spreads to their clients through exceptional customer experience. Dan has built a strong and cohesive culture by being intentional and setting the right tone at the top. He nurtures the culture by seeking to coach and empower his team to work together to solve the customer’s problems. “We try to put ourselves in the shoes of the business owner. We try not to do things just for technology’s sake, but to think about their budget, their real business risks, and the best ways to solve their problems. As much as this is a technology business, it’s really a relationship business.”
Dan, alongside his wife and co-owner of the business, Becky, has turned their TeamLogic IT franchise into a successful family venture. Becky is a seasoned CPA and the company’s CFO; she works part-time managing finances and handling anything tax-related. Their two kids, Elizabeth and Jacob, joined the business in recent years as well. Elizabeth assists Dan with sales and marketing efforts, while Jacob is a Level-1 technician.
Accolades the Thomas family has earned over their many years in business include expanding into multiple territories across North Carolina, induction into the Million Dollar Club, and winning the Franchisee of the Year award in 2024.
Arti Dutt
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs in India, Arti Dutt leveraged her background as a software engineer to launch her TeamLogic IT franchise in Woodland Hills, CA in 2016. Despite her technical expertise, Arti faced initial challenges with sales and networking – obstacles she overcame by joining Toastmasters and pushing herself outside her comfort zone. As the first woman-owned TeamLogic IT franchise, she persevered through early difficulties to build strong client relationships, starting with her very first customer who remains with her today.
A defining moment in Arti’s journey came when she faced a complete staff turnover that threatened her business. Rather than give up, she leaned on the TeamLogic IT franchise network for support and focused on building the right team. Her persistence paid off – she now leads a strong team of four full-time engineers, with her husband Amit helping with financial management and specialized IT projects. This turnaround helped her achieve membership as the first woman in the coveted TeamLogic IT Million Dollar Club.
Looking ahead, she aims to expand her cybersecurity and compliance services while maintaining her commitment to excellence. As Arti says, “Either you win, OR you learn. You never lose” – a philosophy that has guided her journey from engineer to thriving business owner.
Scott Wiles
Though it’s not a requirement to have a background in IT to own a TeamLogic IT franchise, it can certainly give you an edge if you know how to communicate your wealth of knowledge effectively, so that customers know they can rely on you. Take for example Scott Wiles, who owns a TeamLogic IT franchise in Melbourne, Florida. Having previously run the IT infrastructure and information security for AMC, he couldn’t pass up choosing to franchise with TeamLogic IT.
Scott started completely fresh in a new state, and thanks to our proven business model, he’s been able to steadily build his client base. Scott explains, “The Lead Market has been strong. I’ve also got a lot of word of mouth. Then also growing the relationships once we get them by adding more services. Just making the most of the opportunities, with the training, all the tools and technology, and the processes that the corporate team gives us, combined with the experience I bring. Drawing on all that, I can find a package that’s appropriate for our customers.”
Given the presence of aerospace and defense-related companies in Florida, Scott has also found a niche in compliance-focused solutions for his customers. There’s a high demand for controlling information that is classified and must be protected. TeamLogic IT is able to comprehensively provide the systems, equipment, and strategies that keep these companies safe.
Brad Rabinowitz
After spending nearly two decades climbing the corporate ladder to become VP of IT at a commercial real estate firm, Brad Rabinowitz took a leap of faith to become a TeamLogic IT franchise owner. Drawing inspiration from his mother’s strong work ethic and driven by the desire to create a better life for his two young daughters, Brad saw technology not just as a career path, but as an opportunity for growth. His transition from corporate executive to entrepreneur began with converting his former employer into his first client, setting a strong foundation for his new venture.
Brad’s strategic approach to business ownership has already yielded impressive results. In just over a year, he was named TeamLogic IT’s Rookie of the Year at the 2024 Owners Summit for achieving the highest first-year revenue among new franchisees. His success stems from his willingness to take on any challenge and his focus on efficiency – preferring to optimize operations through automation rather than simply adding staff to handle growth. Starting with 15 clients, he aims to double that number in the coming year, while expanding into co-managed services and virtual desktops.
The Florida native brings a straightforward, humble approach to managing his TeamLogic IT franchise, which serves a diverse clientele. Despite facing the different kinds of stress that come with business ownership, Brad appreciates the freedom and flexibility to build something of his own. With his technical expertise and commitment to exceptional service, he’s building his business while staying focused on his ultimate goal: creating long-term business growth that will allow him to spend more time with his family as his daughters grow up.
Roma Patel
When it comes to applying one’s unique abilities to business, Roma Patel is a fantastic example of the innovation our TeamLogic IT franchisees are capable of. As a way to market her Cincinnati-based business, Roma has been consistently creating educational video content on LinkedIn, breaking down concepts like cybersecurity and cloud migration for a widespread audience. This clever and informative approach to brand building has earned her more than 3,000 followers, and counting!
Before she became a TeamLogic IT owner, Roma spent nearly 10 years working as a student support/helpdesk technician and support manager for Cornell University. By bringing that same enthusiasm for helping others to her current work, she has seen steady growth and increased her revenue year-over-year.
Like many of our franchisees, Roma enjoys interacting with customers and prospects, and regularly checks in with customers on a monthly or bimonthly basis to ensure they’re completely satisfied with the service they’re getting. “It’s time consuming, but I think it adds a lot of value and goes a long way,” Roma explained.
