Wayne Croushorn: There are several things that make TeamLogic IT unique. But I think the network is the most important one. They’ve created a culture of helping all new and established owners. I’ve never spoken to anybody who would ever hesitate to jump in and help me with an issue, and from there it’s just been mentorship all the way through. And I think that’s one of the keys to success.
What is your professional background?
Wayne Croushorn: The sales part I had. The management of people I had. But I didn’t come from a strong IT background. I’d never run a business before, and that was brand new. So that’s one of the things that I think TeamLogic IT does very, very well. They set you up in your whole infrastructure.
How do you think about growth and scalability with TeamLogic IT?
Wayne Croushorn: TeamLogic IT is a very scalable business. There’s obviously a huge amount of demand for it. I own multiple territories, but there’s so much demand. Everybody needs [IT support.] Whether you have one territory or multiple territories, you’re going to grow.
How is TeamLogic IT approaching AI?
Wayne Croushorn: AI is definitely one of the really hot trends, and it’s here to stay. One of the areas that I think corporate’s doing a very good job of is really trying to cut through the noise.
What advice would you give someone considering a franchise?
Wayne Croushorn: Franchises are a great model. They’re a recipe. I think one of the things TeamLogic understands is that you can have so many strengths. They give a guideline, and they really help guide you to where your strengths are so that you can be successful.
