TeamLogic IT’s Annual Owners Summit Returns
TeamLogic IT’s 2022 Owners Summit showcases brand’s strong growth
Another TeamLogic IT Owners Summit has wrapped up, and once again this event shows why this legendary brand continues to lead the managed services provider (MSP) market. The 2022 event was held in Arizona at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. Along with learning and networking opportunities, the event featured a sold-out vendor exhibition attended by 49 companies — the largest show yet for the TeamLogic IT network.
“We have regional owners groups, regular webinars, and other ways to meet up live and remotely throughout the year,” says Dan Shapero, President and COO of TeamLogic IT. “The Owners Summit is a natural addition to those meetings, as it lets all the TeamLogic IT franchise owners gather to share best practices, hear from us what is planned for the next year, meet vendors who have exciting products and services for resale, and much more.
Vendor Expo breaks attendance records
The record-breaking vendor attendance was a testament to how well received TeamLogic IT is within the IT community. Shapero added, noting that “We carefully vet any company wanting to do business with us, so if a franchise owner meets someone at the Owners Summit, they can be assured that this is a product or service that will help them aid their clients, and drive revenue for their business.”
Many leading companies in the managed services channel sponsored the Owners Summit and exhibited at the vendor show, including Signature Sponsor Datto and Platinum Sponsors Kaseya/IT Glue and WatchGuard. All these and more are expected to be at next year’s event, set for Sept. 19-22 in Tampa, Florida.
TeamLogic IT awards given at Owners Summit
The annual Owners Summit is also a chance for TeamLogic IT to honor franchise owners and technicians in several different areas. At a closing awards ceremony, the following awards were presented:
- Jim Summers of Scottsdale, Arizona, was named Franchisee of the Year.
- The management team from TeamLogic IT of Newtown, Pennsylvania again received the Top Volume award for its No. 1 ranking in the entire franchise network based on 2021 sales. Nine other franchisees also received Top 10 awards.
- Keith and Shelly Wilson of Spokane, Washington, received the Rookie of the Year award.
- Ryan Sheehan of TeamLogic IT in Santa Rosa, California, received the Technician of the Year award.
- VIP (Volume Increase Percentage) awards went to Jim Summers of Scottsdale, Arizona, and Don Zurbrick of St. Petersburg, Florida.
- Several franchisees were inducted into the Million Dollar Club, which now totals more than 35 offices across the network.
“I’m so proud of our franchisees and the way they are growing their businesses and representing the TeamLogic IT brand,” Shapero says. “Our community of peers is among the best in the managed services industry, and the annual Owners Summit and Vendor Show is the high point of the year for our network, providing an opportunity to learn from industry leaders and each other, share best practices and celebrate our growth. We congratulate these leading TeamLogic IT owners and their team members for these well-deserved awards.”
